Seminar “Features of implementing sustainable development in the light and food industries.”

04/03/2024 at the Higher School of Textile and Food Engineering, SCU named after. M. Auezov (Shymkent) held an international seminar on the topic “Features of implementing sustainable development in the light and food industries.” The seminar was attended by professors from the Kazan National Research Technological University, Tashkent State Agrarian University, Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry, Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, as well as professors from the Higher School of Textile and Food Engineering. The international seminar covered topics such as: Features of the implementation of sustainable development in light industry, Environmental and economic aspects when using sugar sorghum products in food production, Sustainable development of the food industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Development of innovative technologies and production of new types of national meat and vegetable products for functional purposes
