Unfavorable weather conditions will be in five cities of Kazakhstan

Favorable meteorological conditions are expected on October 4 in most cities of Kazakhstan, reports MIA "Kazinform" with reference to the RSE "Kazhydromet".

However, according to forecasters, adverse weather conditions will be in Aktobe, Atyrau, Karaganda, Nur-Sultan and Ust-Kamenogorsk. Unfavorable meteorological conditions (UMC) are a combination of short-term meteorological factors (calm, weak wind, fog, inversion), which contribute to the accumulation of harmful (pollutants) substances in the surface layer of atmospheric air. If UMC occurs, the quality of atmospheric air in settlements may deteriorate. One of the most important factors determining the formation of the pollution level is the forecast of the synoptic situation (wind, precipitation, humidity, air temperature).
